Q1. What consumer trends does Seventh Generation respond to most effectively?
The most effective trend that Seventh Generation responds to is the green movement. More and more people are trying to become more green and economically friendly. One of the most popular items people want is green household products, which Seventh Generation dominates. They have come out with new detergents and offer products without any dyes or chemical brighteners. Products like this have created a new market and it keeps getting bigger and bigger. 

Q2. Which consumer trends might it be missing?
One thing they may be missing out on is a less expensive product. These green products can cost up to 4 times as much as others. For some, this may be worth it. For others who don't care as much about being green than a product being cheap, than they may lose out on some customers. It may just take time to make people believe that the higher price is worth a greener product, but until then, they could be losing customers due to price.
